Saturday January 27th, Jen Thompson, 4x IPF World Bench Press Champ and 3x IPF Classic Powerlifting Champ, will be at the Warhouse Gym co-hosting our second Women in Strength event with DLB. The event is open to everyone but women get in for completely FREE that day. There will be a seminar, Q&A, meet/greet, and big group training session.
